Andy Earl (born 1955) is one of the best-known photographer of some of the biggest names in music; he had a portrait session with Prince (now King) Charles, and is a filmmaker. Along with a comprehensive collection of his photos, he elaborates on the trials and tribulations of his career. The pictures in this book, many of which are portraits, posed or otherwise, also shows a few which are not of people, such as "39 Planes". The plates are mostly colour, with a few black and white.
